I would never recommend IUA Business Solution to anyone if this is how you treat people!!!

I'm highly disappointed in IUA and Hollard. I had about 3 or 4 retrenchment policies or loss of income policies for my personal loans and for my vehicle account which I have with Wesbank. I got retrenched or my contract got cut off abruptly a year earlier than my initial contract which left me without an income. I app**** for the insurance policy and all my claims got declined. Eventhough I attached a letter which proves that had it not been for my political head being fired, I would still be working. I don't get insurance policies, you get a policy because you know you'll need it one day, but when you do need it, you get stories. What am I supposed to do now? Am I supposed to sit and let my car be repossessed? While I have a policy in place which I have been happily paying for since 2016??? Is this fair??
