Horrible nightmare service

If there was a star indicating cruel and *********** business I would choose it. This business makes it their mission to not duck and dive when it comes to funeral benefit claims. My aunt signed up for a funeral policy at PEP stores, and at the time they said it was under Hollard, we went to Pep stores who then said Hollard has no physical branch in Cape Town, and we must call them, we made the call to Hollard's call Centre and we were advised that the policy is with IUA Business Solutions, we got hold of their number and couldn't find joy, we needed up watsapp'ING them and we were sent a link to fill and upload documents, we did just that. My aunt has been trying to claim since the 20th to claim for a funeral benefit of her late niece, but she is being sent from pillar to post. They have been requesting the same document which is sent everyday. This is definitely *****ulent if elderly people are being sent from pillar to post. If it's not a document removed from self-service, it's an unclear stamp. My aunt is a pensioner, this company is the only company that seems to be duck and diving with their claim. The funeral is supposed to be this weekend, and still nothing from them because the document that they keep on saying they are looking for is there. They take advantage on unsuspecting elderly individuals. They never fail to deduct but when it's time for payments, it's this or that.
