Hollard memorial claim due

I have send an email January asking when will the memory claim be paid, I got a response it will be paid in February. Understood as the deceased passed on February 12 2023. 8th February I got a call to send my proof of banking, I did. 14th February I called checking on the payment, I was told it will be paid the next day.

I called on the 19th of February, to advice no payment received yet, the last said it was paid on the 17th, I will get it during the day. It's the 21st of February today, 8 days before February ends. Still no payment. Yesterday I got an email saying the claim has been send for assessment. The self help portal only gets updated when u call.

From the reviews I see here, I just hope the claim gets paid within February as it was advised on an email to me.
