Furious and Disgusted by the service
I sent a claim last year for scratches and dents and they rejected. Ok fine. A lady called and I asked if I send another quote that will cover my claim will they take it since they have delayed and she said I can send it and I have sent it but no one responded or called. Even with the tyres we have been back and fourth about it and still no response I have sent the details they requested, but nothing.
