Funeral claims

Iua very bad when coming to claims payout they always have something.my employer initiated my claim since December 2024 up-to-date they haven't paid,they don't even communicate unless you keep on sending them e-mails,their response it never change to show progress.Now the issue is why my Mom was collected the next day after she has passed on,I mean that's so excuse my question is, is it the first claim were the body is collected nxt day by funeral parlers after the passing.we have sent all the required documents but apparently this is the delay.funeral was on 20December 2024 you can imagine how stressful this is but clearly iua doesn't care.. worce part this claim it's goes via my employer,do they honesty think my employer can initiate a claim if one of their didn't have such situation.my advice to you people specially for your personal policy don't bother urself with iua you will be left disappointed 😞 Ever
