FUNERAL CLAIM NOT PAID
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unresolved status of my funeral cover claim. It has now been 14 days since the death of my Spouse and despite submitting all the necessary documents, the claim remains unpaid. they said they will call and im still waiting for their calls. they dont even give reason why they dont pay my claim
