Frustrating claims process
After 2 weeks of back and forth following my previous complaint I am now heading to the short term insurance ombudsman. IUA Consultants are poorly trained and have no clue on interpreting policy documentation. After this shenanigan I will be cancelling my policy with them and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
