********** Retrenchment and Shortfall cover

<p>Reeds N1 City, Cape Town came to me with a demo vehicle which I was interested in buying. Two months later I realised thet an amount of R94.25 if deducted from my account for a Hollard policy which I don't have. They took out a policy against my name for retrenchment and shortfall cover on a car I do not own and never have owned. I never even signed any contract to purchase the car or any other contract for a policy. Firstly I contacted Reeds and they told me that they cannot cancel the policy on my behalf. I then contacted IUA Solutions in this regard and they told me that my policy was canceled on the 31st of March 2016 but the same amount were deducted on the 1st of May 2016. I would like be reimbursed for the total amount that were deducted from my acount and the policy to be canceled immediately.</p>
