I received an SMS message with policy information earlier on today. Yet I have never heard of your organization, never requested for a retrenchment policy with any other institution and certainly NEVER gave you any of per personal details. I called your call centre, where your agent asked me to confirm my personal details. I would like to remind you of a little act called POPI. I have not provided you with ANY of my details. I refuse to confirm my personal details that you should NOT have on your system. So naturally your agent refused to help me. Somehow tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong.

I was then asked to email you and get feedback in the next 48 hours.

Again I would like to make this very clear, I have never heard of you, I have not requested for a retrenchment policy and I have provided you with NONE of my personal details. Revert immediately with feedback on where you got my details from and I really hope for your sake that you do not try and take money out of my account, for a policy I did not request from a company I have never heard of. ********** Policy number: ***
