Extended Warranty policy through Bidvest, managed by IUA

After receiving really appalling service from Volkswagen, Constantia in Johannesburg, IUA (Bidvest) restored faith in the whole experience. I have to make mention of Vernon Govender that went out of his way to help rectify the situation and even after repairs were concluded, he still followed up to make sure that I was happy with it. Thank you Vernon, you have saved the day and I was very happy with the results. My fight with Volkswagen will continue.
