I made a complaint regarding Hollard Shortfall Policy that wasn't cancelled after out car was settled with Westbank.

Last week, Rashika Dayanund Complaints Resolution Administrator from IUA Business Solutions called me, and on Friday the 11th of March 2022 I send her the documentation and today the 14th she called me and gave me the good news that is was successfully cancelled and that a refund will be done.
