Effective response and resolve to an initially upsetting experience.

I had a complaint two weeks ago regarding a claim I made on a life policy. I was frustrated and aggravated by a lack of service and efficiency from the consultants I dealt with for a while. Shortly after posting this complaint online I was contacted by the complaints department at IUA and my complaint was dealt with very promptly and highly professionally compared to the service I initially received. Rashika, who was the complaints handler for this matter, got back to me everyday until this was all resolved. I'm thankful for her assistance and for the timeous feedback. She was more transparent with me regarding delays and lack of feedback I initially experienced. I believe that she has set the standard of customer service at IUA and others whom I have dealt with there previously should try to adopt her work ethic in their everyday service to clients. I am pleased to say that all of my queries were addressed and the matter is now resolved. Thank you Rashika.
