Don't Know How This Guy Got Hired
<p>His name is TK, From the IUA. I just needed him to explain to me the wording on the policy contract but, he was *********** and impatient with me. He kept interrupting me when I wanted to explain my problem to him.</p> <p> </p> <p>So *********** and with no knowledge whatsoever he had to refere me to his colleague who helped me gracefully. I just wonder how he got the job. IUA should just look for a replacement.</p> <p> </p>
