Disgusting service
Your service is disgusting, I spoke to Babalwa Sontsi - Policy Administrator, she was s rude, she was uninterested in assist me and she kept on speaking over me. When I asked to speak to a manager regarding her service, she told me she is not available, when I asked for the manager's name and surname, she just gave me Maggie and said she is not comfortable with giving me her surname, she then hung up on me. Please tell the manager to call me asap
