Disgusted by the customer Service

Worst Customer Service, nobody ever follows up on your claim, Two months and the claim has not been assessed and on top of that, the customer needs to call other providers for information. I'm just disgusted by the entire process and need a shortfall company that simplifies claims, I'm with no car but still need to go through this stress
