Disappointed by IUA Business Solutions

I'm very disappointed with Edgar's for trusting this IUA company with my hard earned money! I've been trying to have them pay for my retrenchment cover since 2023 with no luck. Their excuse is that I must provide them with UI19 FORM, despite knowing very well that the form is only intended for UIF purposes.

I forwarded them an email from my employer as a proof stating that, both my employer and the Department Of Labour are NOT, BY LAW, allowed to issue UI19 form to insurance companies.

I'm WARNING anyone who is about to take out insurance and happens to come across the name IUA (HOLLARD), to think twice! If you have any doubt, please go read other horrible, heartbreaking stories about this company on other social media platforms.

I'm sitting here like a fool having been ****med by IUA. Be WARNED!!!
