Delayed claim
I have a short fall insurance with them and now they are delaying the settlement. I have spoken to 2 of their agents regarding the delay and apparently it is because of a body dents and scratches rebate they waiting for, its over a week already. All they could tell me is that they have submitted the claim and they can not go further than that, I must wait till the rebate fee is given to them then they will settle
