Declined Letter and Certificate

No the 4th January i had accident and is still of work, and currently in hospital for the last 30 days.<br> Claim was submit to IUA Business Solutions on the 16th March 2015 for Temporary disability claim documents d2 claim form and E1 claim form was completed one by my Doctor and one by my employer with a cost of R950.00 t0 the Doctor to complete the form and for medical report the outcome of all this was unsuccessful a cording to IUA dit i received income from my employer that is correct but only 75% of my salary my employer also stated that a lost income to my salary was R16.000.00 . I claim from IUA to help pay one account with Direct Axis i have payed of a service and for a Doctor for nothing <br> Now they say it must be a Total temporary disability if they said to me that the policy only cover for one and not the other on any claim from insurer the fine print are twisted so on the end of the day you are the looser.
