Credit shortfall Settlement

<p>I really don't understand what is the use of credit shortfall policy you offer to clents. My car is a write off and my comprehensive insurance paid the market value of the car and they minus the excess on top of that and i still have the credit shortfall that i owe a bank of the amount of R31 000 and IUA they only approved to pay R12 368.57, </p> <p>What is the use of this credit shortfall policy cover if i'm still going to owe the bank? This is not fair at all, I will lodge a complain to the ombundsman office because I really don't understand why are you robbing clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Claim number ***S1</p>
