Countless claims

<p>I have had my policy with bitvest from 2015 with no claim on thier tyre cover. Recently when i tried to make a claim i was taken back and forth for +-3 months without any assistant. First the guy requested a quotation of which i did send along with a claim form, then no one came back to me. I then againt send a second claim request and the response was simply the same as the first one to find a quotation and send it to them, since it was over a month already i did a second claim. No one came to my assistance still. I went and bought a new tyre and submited proof of purchase "AS IT IS ALSO ALLOWED ACORDING TO THE POLICY CLAUSE" but still no one came to my assistance. All that i seeem to find its an acknowlegement of the documents i send with nothing done after all. why did i even waste my time and money in paying for a policy that wont even be able to play its part when needed be.</p>
