CELLPHONE INSURANCE FOR NO EXISTING PHONE

I have insured my son's cellphone with IUA Business Solutions since i bought the phone. the phone just stopped functioning, since i started reporting the phone not in use from October 2021 and then started again making follow-ups in June 2022, i have been receiving emails back and forth messages being forwarded to the next person with no help, and I was busy getting unlimited automatic replies that they will attend to me, they kept on changing staff, every time i try making a follow up am told that the person who was assisting me is no longer working there. the shameful part is that despite my reporting that the phone is not in use and despite that am not being able to be assisted, they kept on debiting the insurance money even i told them that i am cancelling the insurance as i am not getting help. Until the 17th October 2023 I was told that they are nolonger continueing with my case and have therefore closed the matter, without any resolution. They never picked the phone to check it, they never wanted to understand the damage of the phone and they refused to refund the insurance money that i have been payring since i have reported the phone and requested for my money to be refunded as there was nothing i was paying insurance for. This is so unfair,uncalledful,and some money making scheme as they do not do what they promised to do when you join their insuarnce and no one is even willing to assist you nor even refer you in the case they cant help you. I want my money that was debited all these time for a non-existing phone!!!!
