Cellphone insurance

The most pathetic service ever. They drop calls, I am not sure if they even have quality assurance. No assistance, their call centre agents are very rude. I want to cancel my cellphone insurance with them as I couldn't get assistance from them, and they refused to help me becacuse they say I didn't pass the security check, when I request to be assisted by somebody else the lady was so rude, I have never changed any of my details and I am not sure how to go forward with this and cancel this insurance with them....very poor service, I wouldn't advise anyone yo take up their insurance.

Very irritated.
