Bidvest tyre Sure is a waste of money. They don’t pay out

What a disappointment. My claim has been going on for a month now and no result. Each time you call , they want you to submit more photos and more reports. They tell you that you will have an answer at the end of business day, only to have to call them the next day. You wait a week to hear back from the accessor only to be told your tires are worn and still they want you to go get another report from the garage. I replaced my damaged tyre with the cheapest one I could find and still they don’t even want to refund me for not even a R10. Keeping you without an answer. I guess they just want you to give up. So disappointed. Please stay away from this company. You are better off saving your money in the bank than wasting it on them
