Bidvest tyre insurance claim
*I'm not happy*I've lodge a claim for 3 tyres last month on the 22nd of March and I've submitted all the documents as required but up until today I haven't received any help. Meaning you can't rely on this insurance,you can even sleep in darkness in the middle of nowhere and I'm one of the essential workers and I'm using my car every day to work. But now I'm stuck. It's been a month now. I understand the lockdown has affected all of us but there were supposed to be measures put in place for essential workers.

28 Apr 2020, 12:05I just received an email stating that my claim has been rejected because I have claimed 3 tyres instead of two. It's all confusing why don't they approve two instead of 3. How am I supposed to go to the dealer and lodge another claims because the car is standing due to tyres
