Bidvest tyre insurance

Bidvest tyre insurance is an excuse of an insurance,everytime you are claiming to them there will be stories and taking forever to process your claim. I have registered a claim on Tuesday the 11th of April 2023, but still to take no1 has even bothered to call me. They are just hear to make my life a living hell instead of assisting because I pay them monthly,and history is just repeating itself because this is not the 1st time this is happening to me.
