Bidvest / IUA Tyre and Rim

Absolute joke i tell you this Bidvest and IUA. I pay for the tyre and rim value added service and its all to add more cost to me. I put through a claim about 50 days ago and still awaiting payment, each time I call or email I get the run about and no one knows who I last spoke to because there's no notes captured on the system displaying the last thread of conversation but I have evidence purely because I'm calling and on my itemized billing records it shows time , date and durations plus my emails are proof.

I made mention that I'm adding on my legal team on an email shared and if I decide to go legal because of the risk of not having a new tyre replaced and a spare tyre then im going to have to pay for my own tyres and have my lawyer service notice, the lad says to me I best pay for my own tyres and send my bank details in to be refunded. Are you guys for real , is that what I pay for ?

I even said to them that I will rate their NPS a million times a detractor ZERO that didn't even give them indication of how poor customer experience this has caused me. But the very good to debit me on time, it's going to be the 2nd debit order extracted today after my claim and still no payout. Absolutely **********!
