Bidvest / IUA Business Solutions are incompotent

I recently transferred a vehicle maintenance plan from the previous owner's name to mine. I submitted the forms and IUA confirmed tranfer after I submitted the vehicle details and relevant forms.<br> <br> On 06/02/2015 I tried to claim aganst the policy, after spending half the day to submit a claim I was told there were some issues with the vehicle details. I would've been great if someone actually checked before they confirmed a transfer of the policy.. Thanks to these *********** people I am without a car for the weekend. In the end I am going to have to pay for a service that these guys need to pay for. At this stage if paying myself means that I don't have to deal with this lot ever again I think it is worthwhile.<br> <br> They should change their name to IUA Business Frustrations. I've probably spoken to 5 different people and still no joy. They now want me to track down the previous owner. Why can't the policy just attach to the vehicle or do they not realise that people actually sell cars from time-to-time?<br> <br> If you ever consider buying a Bidvest Maintenance Plan, spare yourself the trouble. It is not worth the paper it is written on.
