Bidvest insurance personal accident cover, my March claims, iam waiting for it,that's why I rate them Zero

Hellopeter, it's very hard for me, to rate Bidvest insurance personal accident cover, since not even one called me, and explain about my claim,that's why most of the people wrote bad thing's about IUA, it's really hurting hard, they not treating their customers good!they only capable to deducted debit orders, iam still waiting for my payments from them, that's why i rate zero!maybe if they paid me my claims of March?I will take it from there, and i will make sure to bring the feedback thanks...
