BIDVEST EXTENDED WARRANTY INSUARANCE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I have been a client for about 2 years and 6 months paying R559 non stop and my policy number is bo***. Now my Audi A4 engine has no compressions, I took it to Audi centre in Middelburg where it was diagnosed and a quotation of 67K was sent to them. To my surprise they insisted I dismantle my engine to take photos of what is broken (Which was never explained to me when I bought the policy). The repairer charged R5 800 to strip the engine which I did not pay as Bidvest did not guarantee to pay. I am not happy about Bidvest's service.You are assured a good service when selling the policy to you but treated badly when needing what you've been paying for. I wish every body sees this and cancel their policies with Bidvest and those still looking for extended warranties please look for other companies.
