Beware it's a ****

Horllad is ****ming people through this company. I submitted a funeral claim over a month ago and submitted all the necessary documents and yet whenever I ask for progress status, I find out then that something else is missing every single time. They keep stalling, absolute disgusting. I would never recommend them even to my greatest enemy. Surely they are regulated by a governing board, this needs to be reported to an ombudsman so that they can be out of business instead of ****ming people.
