Betterlife IUA: Claim payout

My husband and I had this insurance with better life for the past five years. Last year he was involved in an accident and has been placed under temporary disability. We have submitted a claim since October 2021 and to date they has been no assistance from better life. The consultant and claim assessors don't communicate and send you from pillar to post. During this process they are also collect premiums from your account while they delay the claim, Today we were advised that they will only pay end of April and not back pay from the initial date the claim was submitted. This company is unprofessional and rob clients on their most vulnerable state. Please MOVE ALL your insurance polies to other companies.
