Below Zero service from Iua and Nombuso

You guys I'm not sure if your ************ or you just like giving your clients a run around. It's been over 3 weeks since I'd requested Nombuso to cancel my service plan. After following up with her on a weekly, she said my contract has been canceled but failed to send me a cancelation letter. This is minus rating service levels and I would never recommend you guys to anyone after this horrible experience. Please resolve my query soonest and sent my cancelation and refund confirmation
