BAD BAD Service

My sister bought a car 2014 May (chev cruise), had insurance with IUA. Her car only broke down two weeks ago. They reject the claim requesting she provide service documents for when the car was not hers (2010).!! She bought her car at MC Carthy in Sandton not from street Vendor...Yes it has full service history!!!. Your contract with the client is valid as of the day you signed her??...what happened to the car is 2010 is it her business. She provided all documents you requested but you insist she provide documents for 45kMillage service (was the car hers then?? I wish you can see how many clients you are loosing daily because your business is here to ***** up people.....I will never recommend #IUA business to anyone
