<p>My name is Navin Ramea, i had taken up a motor warranty insurance and paid for double cover for over a year and a half, when my vehicle gear box had issues my claim was declined due to conflicting entries in the policy terms and conditions. I was informed that the parts that needed to be replaced was not covered by the warranty, when i examined the exclusions of the policy under transmission of vehicle almost everything is excluded so what exactly do you cover. IUA and bidvest are ****ing the public into paying premiums for a policy that will not pay when you need it to. I have canceled my policy and will make it my mission to spread the word of your ongoing ******** of policy holders </p>
