Absolutely ***********, no communication

Absolutely ***********. When I lodged a claim nobody came for 2 weeks when I was told the plumbers would come on the same day. I made a follow up the next day and they didn't even bother to hear me out and said they would call me back.

2 weeks later I get a call on Monday, my battery was flat and I explained to them to call me back in 2 hours, no callback for 3 days and no response to emails at all.

YOU ARE BY FAR THE MOST *********** INSURANCE I'VE EVER HAD, NO COMMUNICATION, AND YOUR AGENTS ARE USELESS, YOU JUST TAKE MONEY.
