My husband has a cellphone insurance, to our surprise we have been paying for a cellphone that was long replaced 5 years ago that does not even exist, we were told that we would get feedback within 48Hrs update we still don't have feedback we have to keep on calling for an update, today we spoke to a lady Phindile from the Administration department, who refuses to give us information on our query, she also refuses to escalate our call to her superior....doesn't give a give during the call only her voice must be heard as the final word.
