Worst ISP ever

Worst ISP I have ever dealt with, if they reapond to you its hours later, and if you've contacted them in the past they probably label you so they don't respond, Ive tested this by calling them repeatedly from my number, no response, called from a completely different number and they pick up immediately. This company only has business because there is currently no alternative.
