The internet is the best i did not have a problem with it since i used it, very sufficient, however the rating drops when it comes to communication. i served notice as i was moving out of the complex i sent a notice beginning of the month. no response, i sent a follow up email as a reminder, still no response, the landline rings non stop no response. i communicated with some one on their WhatsApp line, promised to get back to me still nothing. now i see they have deducted R570 from my account, i reversed it as its not legal since i am no longer at the complex. i sent the notice the same time i sent notice to the complex. i would also like to know when will i receive my deposit.
