Days After sending a complaint here, ittx sent me an email saying debit order is cancelled as per my serving notice request, they promised that the will pay my deposit on the 17th Nov 2021, it is now 3 days later still no deposit has been paid. Their land lines ring constantly when you call with no response including their cellphone line. I do not know what to make of this
