Disappointing service

Their service can be so disappointing, they don't answer to whatsapp messages and calls. Our Wi-Fi has been down the whole day, not sure what's happening as everyone else in the complex is not experiencing any issues Have been trying to get hold of someone, still nothing and still no Wi-Fi. I just wish someone could answer the phone or reply the WhatsApp messages as it shows they were read. And sadly this is not the 1st time experiencing this. Wish there was an easier way of getting assistance as this is frustrating.
