Accounts department

IT support service is perfect, the accounts department service poor. I was double debited for my annual renewal fees, for almost a whole month i have been asking them to investigate. no reply of emails, phone rings no answer and if its answered your "acc has been handed to the financial director", next time you call the financial director want to a funeral, that was the last time they answered my calls. Patiently waiting.
