Account always gets suspended for NO reason.

Every single month, my account gets locked out/suspended - it is such an inconvenience. Tonight I’m meant to submit a report - but I got home and my Wi-Fi was suspend with NO prior notification. I literally have to send a WhatsApp message to the account department every month for them to fix this. No man!!!
