A client who is far from disgruntled!!!! :)

I have received good service from companies over the years, I was in the customer service industry and I would like to think I gave the highest level of service imaginable, although I never really experienced what it was like to be on the receiving end of such service. UNTIL TODAY!!! I chatted to Charmain at ITTX requesting a change of invoice dates, and at the back of my mind, I didn't even think it would be possible. But Charmain had it covered, she got it done for me, but that was not what impressed me, Charmain was friendly, helpful going the extra mile to help me, if Charmains bosses read this, give that lady a bells, and a nice bonus, she is a real asset to ITTX. I am a new customer with ITTX, and I can tell you from day 1, the constant feedback regarding disruptions, which were only twice, the quick responses, great Turn-around time, your service team really impressed me. Mornel and his team were always great, and dealing with Charmain in accounts was the cherry on the top. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK... PS 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH
