Shocking service and quality

Please do your self a favor and stay away from ITS Solar heat pumps -- service is shocking-- they feel nothing for the customer, Repair quote 10-12 day --- its not day 18 and work has not commenced yet....same story given Blah blah blah --The quality of these heatpumps are really bad -- R25k new installed --5 years later another 12k to repair because its outside the warrantee.-- rather go with a solar geyser -- you will appreciate it in the long term
