I paid for my water pump from ITS Solar on 4 September. Today is 9 September, and I still have not received the pump I have already paid for.

What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of urgency and accountability from ITS Solar. Instead of taking ownership of the problem and making sure their customer receives what they have paid for, I have been repeatedly pointed towards the supplier and/or courier as though that somehow absolves ITS Solar of responsibility.

You knew what the problem was. You were made aware of the urgency of the situation, yet you still failed to treat it with any urgency whatsoever. There was no meaningful effort to resolve the issue, no proactive communication, and no sense that retaining a paying customer's trust or business mattered.

When a customer pays you for a product, they shouldn't have to chase you, chase the courier, chase the supplier, and effectively do your job for you. Your internal supplier or courier arrangements are not my problem as the customer. I paid ITS Solar, and I expected ITS Solar to ensure that my order was delivered.

Five days may not sound like a long time on paper, but when you are aware that a customer has an urgent need, the complete lack of urgency and empathy is unacceptable.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. The issue itself is frustrating enough, but the attitude, lack of ownership, and refusal to recognise the urgency have made the situation considerably worse.

A misplaced email of apology missing the facts about urgency by a third party hardly makes things right.

I expected much better from ITS Solar. Based on this experience, I would think twice before recommending them to anyone.
