ITS Heatpumps (ITSSOLAR)
<p>The purpose of the review is to serve more as a warning for future customers that are interested in going the solar/heatpump route with the company. The company installed a heatpump at my home and the following I have experienced.</p> <p>1. Product excellent.</p> <p>2. Installation excellent.</p> <p>3. After installation service pathetic. They just don't pitch for services and you struggle to get into contact with them.</p> <p>At installation promises regarding services is made - don't worry not expensive and o yes cash only every time. Price for a service 2016 - R800 next year R1450. At the end you will end up buying a second heatpump just in service prices. At the end you are stuck in a vendor locking situation only they can service no-one else. O yes and services in Potch is more expensive that Pretoria even if the guy only lives 20 minutes away from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I knew all this in advance I would never have gone this route. Promises / lies upfront and you start seeing it when service times come.</p>
