Waiting half a year for tiles!

Bought tiles on 02/12/2015, was told delivery would take 8-10 weeks for delivery, end of February. End of February no delivery and was told end of March. End of March no delivery and was told another 3 weeks, 20 April. Today, 20 April and still no delivery. <br> Builders and tilers was booked for March, deposits paid and ready to go. Had to pay a whole week of standing fees, before I had to cancel the tiler because there are no tiles. My mother who's place it is can not move back until the place is finished. <br> At this stage it's costing me serious money!!!
