these guys are a joke

First visit, bought 200 sq/m of ceramic tiles and was promised the price would be held if I need additional for the job. Delivery took three weeks. <br> Second visit, system was down and could not give prices on taps and basins or process sales. Left with nothing. <br> Third visit. Needed more ceramic tiles, price was up 25 percent and refused to honor previous price despite promising to do so. Ended up delivering a broken box which they promised to replace and two weeks later we still waiting. <br> Fourth visit...never going to happen. Rather use a supplier that has integrity and can actually deliver.
