The most disgusting service you can expect to get

God forbid i had to buy from this place ever again , I contacted this branch explaining what horrible service we received from Northriding one, stuff we ordered we never received, same story is here, paid early morning friday(was told yo pay early so can get tiles afternoon) its monday afternoon nothing is at the branch, (not the tiles that were supposed to arrive on Friday eveb)everyone acts like they have no clue what is going on even though I ve been chatting to their sales assistant since 9 am today, explaining I have a team of tilers waiting for tiles to finish the job, manager keep hiding somewhere, was sitting for half an hour while they kept pointing fingers on each other, service I dont know how this people are still in business, never in my life i will buy from this place ever again
