Shocking Return Policy

I had a good experience with i-tile choosing the products that I bought and the turn-around time for delivery. However, when I wanted to return the excess tiles, I was told that I need to return atleast 10 boxes otherwise the tile are not returnable. When I bought the tiles I was asked if I had included extra for breakages. But I was never told that I need to return a minimum of 10 boxes of tiles. This was stated in the quote and the invoice.

I will never buy from i-tile again because the return policy is ridiculous for a product where you always need to buy extra due to unforseen circumstances.

I have bought tile from other stores and I was able to always return any unused boxes except for i-tile.
